Exercises:
Walking Dumbbell Lunge: Hold a dumbbell in each hand, fully extended by your sides. Take a large step forward with your right leg. Lower your upper body into the lunge position, bending both knees to 90 degrees and careful not to let your knees extend beyond your toes. Repeat the motion with your opposite leg, moving forward.
One Arm Dumbbell Row: Place one knee on the bench, the other firmly planted on the floor. Back should be parallel with the ground.
